NNE Pharmaplan’s ”Sustainability, HSE and Energy” department consists of 12 dedicated specialists providing excellent engineering and consultancy services, helping our customers reach their ambitious goals within sustainability and corporate responsibility.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and passionated engineer or other science background with a strong health, safety and environmental profile and consultancy skills.

The job

You will be working with a broad range of issues within the areas of health, safety, environmental/sustainability:

• Developing, implementing and maintaining management systems
• Assessing risk and making HSE evaluation
• Executing projects on sustainable design and process integration.
• Mining data and presenting basis for decision regarding data, technical solutions, etc.
• Building sustainable business cases
• Coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders
• Solving complex HSE related problems
• Maintaining and developing customer relations

Qualifications

You have an academic background (on master level) with extensive experience from the life science manufacturing industry preferably pharmaceutical or biotech and at least 5 years’ experience in managing or coordinating the HSE field. In-depth knowledge of the current local and global sustainability agenda is a pre-requisite.

You have a demonstrated ability to come across at all levels of a business organization linked with flair for inspiring and demonstrating leadership. You are result oriented and have an excellent customer understanding.

You thrive in a dynamic and global work environment, where you can work independently as well as in a team. You speak and write English and Danish fluently. Lastly, you have a great sense of humor and an overall positive approach
