The Active Products and Utility (AP&U) department in Gentofte and Kalundborg seeks various Engineers with minimum 5 years’ experience and Senior Engineers with minimum 10  years’ experience:

• Clean/Black Utility Engineers
• Senior Clean/Black Utility Engineers
• Senior disciple project leader (Mechanical or Utility)

The department focuses on supplying utility systems for GMP facilities in the pharma and biotech industries. First-hand experience with operating in these environments, extensive knowledge of regulatory developments, and awareness of the industry’s most recent developments are required. We provide the mix of technologies that makes the most sense financially to our customers.

Examples of our services and projects are:

• Clean Utility, CS, PTW, WFI, Clean gasses
• Black Utility, Steam, Cooling Water, Heating Water, Air
• Equipment and system specifications, consumption calculations, energy optimizations
• Turnkey delivery of utility systems, distributions systems, boiler stations
• Project execution basic design, detailed design, construction & commissioning & qualification.

The job

We offer you a position where you will interact with more than 100 highly skilled engineers and technicians within process, mechanical and utility in an active and exciting environment at NNE Pharmaplan in Gentofte and Kalundborg. You will work in a project-oriented, international climate supporting our customers and colleagues all over the world. Our projects cover the full range from small revamp projects to high-volume greenfield production facilities. NNE Pharmaplan handles projects for a vast number of international customers and intends to continue expanding our business abroad. Consequently, you may expect travelling activities of shorter or longer duration.

Your qualifications

You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or similar. Your qualifications include as many of the following competence areas as possible:

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical production
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Equipment design and system specifications
• Utility system calculations and energy optimizations
• Installation, start-up and commissioning; handover of documentation activities
• Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.
• Diligence to solve problems and finish the work in a structured manner
• You have a global mindset and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
• You are result-oriented and have a well-structured approach to your work
• You have a personal drive and are passionate about your work
