In that case, this could be your new job in Global Categories & Operations (GCO) in Aarhus. We are overall responsible for the three global brands Arla®, Lurpak® and Castello®. At the same time, we head Arla’s innovation, milk planning, international logistics, B2B trade and production of butter, cheese and milk powder.
You head supply chain projects from A-Z
As IT Project Manager you manage small & medium scale SAP projects according to the Arla project model. You will head SAP projects that support the supply chain processes from A-Z, including to:
• Perform analyses, feasibility investigations, development, roll-out and closure
• Manage the resources and stakeholders
• Stay within the budget frames
• Meet the delivery deadlines
• Secure smooth and efficient change management and anchoring in the organisation
In the long view, you will also have possibility to participate in large-scale global projects and represent GCO within specific areas.
As all projects must support Arla’s standardisation agenda, you will have a key role securing the right balance between business requirements and a high degree of standardisation in the implementation of your projects. To succeed in this, you will use change management tools and business process analyses in your daily work. This job will require your presence at the dairies during projects.
Independent drive and personal impact
This job requires that you are a self-starting Project Manager with strong personal drive and ambition. It is important that you possess the right mindset to act as Business Partner for GCO. Today you may work as SAP consultant or project manager, but it is more important that you have solid business insight and have worked with change management and business process analyses. Moreover, you are a persistent person with a high level of energy and the ability to stay focused and achieve results.
Being a highly skilled communicator enables you to make complex knowledge accessible to key stakeholders at any organisational level. Furthermore, you are highly capable of building relations, and you have a flair for handpicking the right competencies for your projects.
Lastly, the position requires that you are proficient in English, and if you speak and write German too, it will be a plus.
