The main responsibilities:
- Support New Product Introduction from a Quality perspective;
- Assess risks and gaps with Quality standards;
- Support root causes identification;
- Support corrective actions implementation and follow-up:
- is responsible for Quality deliverables during projects according to Itron Global Development Project guidelines;
- is accountable for the respect and the usage of Itron Project Quality standards;
- participates to the Project Quality network.
- Engineer or Bachelor’s Degree desired;
- Engineering, Manufacturing experience and project management skills needed;
- Minimum of 5/7 years of relevant Quality Supervisor experience preferred ideally in a plan.
Technical skills
- Quality tools (FMEA (mandatory), 6 whys, 5W2H, Fishbone diagram, pareto, capabilities, control charts, etc ..);
- Electronics and mechanics.
Soft skills:
- Team work ability;
- Autonomy (doesn't need to be assessed everyday);
- Capacity to work in an international environment;
- Welcoming problem spirit;
- Shopfloor oriented (not an office job);
- Able to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing; demonstrated ability to write effective.
Work language: english. Knowledge of german is a +.
