Description of the job

ATR is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for the Quality Directorate. You will report to the Quality Management System Manager.

You will work very closely with the Quality System and Internal Audits Manager.

Your main task will be to develop tools/methods and provide the required support to the various directorates to help them integrate the Quality Assurance processes.

You will be based in Toulouse.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will consist in:

  • Assisting with the process approach
  • Delivery and improving Quality awareness-raising modules in line with the EN 9100 certification and its approvals
  • Liaising between the various Quality Managers in the directorates
  • Improving the existing quality reporting system
  • Coordinating customer satisfaction within all the processes
  • Ensuring the integration of the monitoring plans for the subcontracted activities
  • Reworking the internal audit methodology
  • Carrying out internal audits (process and/or product)

Required skills

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

  • Master's level degree in Quality Assurance, or experienced Technician
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality roles and/or in the aeronautical sector
  • Knowledge of the ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards
  • Knowledge of the aeronautical regulations
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance methods
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Quick to suggest ideas, independent, good at summarising information, good communicator
  • English: advanced level
