Project Management responsibility for Cooling appliances controlls/systems as a main product portfolio supported - managing projects related to components for cooling appliances such as expansion valves, sensors, pressure systems etc.
- The main tasks include creating and updating the project plan, managing the engineering team to perform the tasks in accordance with the plan and making sure the deliverables are being delivered on time and in the required quality;
- Leadership of multi-function and multi-location project teams to achieve cost, investment, timescale and quality targets;
- Ensure that all projects are performed and documented in line with Honeywell processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- University degree (Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics) with at least 3 years design experience;
- Managerial skills to lead people and project team to meet the project targets;
- PMI certificate is advantage;
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) in English is mandatory;
- Good communication in German is big advantage;
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
