Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Creating regularly case studies and technical reference cases based on current projects using real performance data;
  • Supporting sales in all customer facing product presentation efforts;
  • Assisting in the field to size installations, creating the BOS and mitigating application risk;
  • Analysing a running system for defects or identifying potential performance bottlenecks;
  • Designing and conducting a product training program for our customers;
  • Feedback and liaising with the internal Product Marketing Manager and marketing communication in order to assure customer needs and feedback are reflected in campaigns and all customer facing documentation;
  • Managing internal relationships with the product management team in China. Feedback market trends to China for R&D purposes. 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in product marketing or product management or technical sales or application engineering in the PV sector;
  • At least 5 years professional experience and 3 years in a customer facing role;
  • Advanced knowledge in Ms Office;
  • Project Management training or relevant experience;
  • Ability to coordinate various projects simultaneously while handling tight deadlines;
  • Technical University Degree;
  • Fluent in English and German, any additional language is a plus.
