Responsibilities:
- Creating regularly case studies and technical reference cases based on current projects using real performance data;
- Supporting sales in all customer facing product presentation efforts;
- Assisting in the field to size installations, creating the BOS and mitigating application risk;
- Analysing a running system for defects or identifying potential performance bottlenecks;
- Designing and conducting a product training program for our customers;
- Feedback and liaising with the internal Product Marketing Manager and marketing communication in order to assure customer needs and feedback are reflected in campaigns and all customer facing documentation;
- Managing internal relationships with the product management team in China. Feedback market trends to China for R&D purposes.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in product marketing or product management or technical sales or application engineering in the PV sector;
- At least 5 years professional experience and 3 years in a customer facing role;
- Advanced knowledge in Ms Office;
- Project Management training or relevant experience;
- Ability to coordinate various projects simultaneously while handling tight deadlines;
- Technical University Degree;
- Fluent in English and German, any additional language is a plus.
