Job Description

In this function you will help to realize the transition of Network & Voice operations to externally managed services while maintaining operational continuity and quality during this transition process. 
You plan, coordinate and execute the operational activities to maintain the global IT network & VoIP telecom infrastructure. You steer the external IT service suppliers in the field of IT networking and IT Voice. You drive the area of responsibility towards a cost efficient operations. You assist in the strategic technology planning processes in order to ensure the operational goals for Information Systems.

Responsibilities


  • You are responsible for Operations and Change Management. You optimise the network operations from a global level and ensure technical communication channels for all requested functional levels.
  • You control the standardisation of network and voice topology.
  • You assist in transition the network & voice services to a managed service model.
  • You manage the external service providers in line with agreed contracts and SLA’s.
  • You guarantee quality through monitoring and reporting on KPI’s for availability and performance of the IT network.
  • You monitor customer satisfaction and make suggestions for improvements.

 


Profile

  • You have a degree in information technology, applied computer science, or related field.
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in managing Cisco networking & Voice technology and at least 3 years of experience in a position with control over quality and teamlead of IT engineers.Y
  • ou have a profound knowledge of the IT networking  and IT Telecom Voice-over-IP, both Cisco technology.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • You are familiar with supplier relationship and Service Level Management
