Job Title:Application Specialist Pathology
Description:Nordic Sales is responsible for Dako's business in Scandinavia, where we are the market leader. 

We are situated in Dako's main office in Glostrup, but we also have colleagues in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Poland.

We are currently searching for a candidate for a permanent role in the Application Specialist Team, to be based in Denmark or Sweden, who can contribute to the continued business development. 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background within pathology, including immunohistochemistry, histostains and molecular biology. 

You must expect travel days primarily in Denmark/Sweden but also in our other Nordic countries and Poland when required, and you will enjoy the flexibility and travel opportunity that comes with a home office. If you are able to keep some form of connection to a pathology lab, while working for Dako, this would be ideal. 

Your tasks will be: 
• Training Dako customers in our products 
• Drive standardization of application solutions
• Evaluate and secure the quality of the panels and protocols of Dako´s customers 
• Handle technical complaints and requests with Dako´s products in pathology, immunohistochemistry, histological stains and molecular biology 
• Support Dako's Nordic Sales team. 
• Individual work in the laboratory with customer related issues

Qualifications:• Bioengineer with authorization to work in a Nordic country 
• You have a master degree in e.g. engineering, human biology with pathology experience, immunohistochemistry or molecular biology. Alternatively you have a solid experience as a lab technician with adequate practical experience 
• You have experience with applications service within pathology or IHC 
• You have microscopy experience 
• You have experience with training/instructing 
• You have a sales and customer focus 
• You have good communication skills 
• You are fluent in Danish or Swedish, and speak/write scientific or business English (your application and CV may be submitted in Danish or English)
