• Job Description*

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Provides pre-sales support and contributes to the creation and update of IT configuration and pre-sales tools for Small Data Center Solutions (Racks, ePDU, 1-ph UPS, Cooling) in Europe, Middle East & Africa ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

A. Provides direct pre-sales technical support to all local sales teams in Europe, Middle East & Africa for Small Data Center solutions combining Racks, ePDUs, UPS up to 60 kW and Software - As part of this role, the first 6 to 12 months will be mostly dedicated to the creation and maintenance of relevant sales and customer-oriented IT tools (configurators, selectors, ….etc.)

• further tasks include content creation and maintenance of other marketing and technical documentations (competition comparison, non-standard products and process presentations, technical drawings, application notes) B. Provides sales training to local teams and channel partners on IT tools to secure the appropriate skills & expertise of our own sales force and channel partners to select and quote the right solutions C. Coordinates ePDU quotations for Custom products D. Supports Product Managers in keeping mandatory product materials/collaterals up-to-date (e.g. product manuals, technical specification sheets, etc.) as well as to develop relevant IT tools E. Contributes to the creation/validation of small data center / converged infrastructure solutions marketing collaterals/sales tools developed by the PQ EMEA Marcom team and IT Channel team (e.g. product catalogues, datasheets and brochures, application guides, marketing campaigns, …) G. Consolidates feedback from the field on Small Data Center / Converged Infrastructure solutions, pre-sales tools and collaterals and improve accordingly the IT tools and documentation
• Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)*

-Technical Education (CFC or Technicien ETS / BTS or DUT in France) in IT / Computer Science or Electrical Engineering .Diplôme de Technicien ETS. -First experience in IT industry supporting customers deployments (for example as Field technician or back-office support at a Reseller / VAR)

-Ability to learn, articulate, market and support IT/Networking and software-related products

-High responsiveness

-Ability to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams (across different locations) / in a matrix organization

-Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm

-Must be strongly customer-oriented

-Good written & oral communications skills

-Good presentation skills

-Fluent in English
