Position Summary:This position reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the daily general oversight of the Petaluma facility, machinery and grounds to include the daily direction and development of the maintenance personnel. This includes, but not limited to work assignments scheduling, maintaining and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as calibration activities. This position is responsible technical and maintenance support for engineering, new product activities where skills can support and general repair and maintenance of all assets at the Petaluma facility.Key Responsibilities: • Direct supervision of maintenance electrician's mechanics and contractors doing technical maintenance related services at site.• Establish work assignments for maintenance team and demonstrate compliance with all safe work practices related to site and TMO practices.• Provide technical assistance for the repair and maintenance of production and facility related equipment. To include warehouse, vehicles, HVAC, and outside utilities• The ability to troubleshoot machinery and provide oversight and guidance to junior maintenance associates in the execution of their duties.• Maintain PM record and administration of maintenance related programs and software such as technical manuals AMMS system or similar software used to track maintenance activities and history• Provide support to other functions departmental functions operating inside facility and company such as engineering, processing, and quality• Ensure safe working practices and conditions are present for all personnel and equipment in accordance with Local, state, and federal compliance guidance recommendations.• Must be available or on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to support where needed in emergency situation to keep plant performance at the highest level Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:• BS level degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience plus 5 - 10 years demonstrated experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering disciplines.• Position requires a broad and diverse range of technical knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.• Maintenance experience which includes upgrading technology, safety standards and increasing reliability with molding and automated equipment. • Experience with injection molding, extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment required.• Knowledgeable of new building construction and related building codes.• AMMS or equivalent Maintenance software application• Demonstrated Leadership and management level experience• Detail/big picture orientation, tactical/strategic orientation Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:• BS level degree in Enginee...
