Postdoctoral position is available in the field of fire retardant coatings for delaying the collapse of steel structures or burning of wood structures in the case of fire.  The candidate will be responsible for design, development and characterization of new intumescent coatings.

Those with experimental knowledge of inorganic materials such as ceramics, clay minerals and glass are recruited preferably with good knowledge of porous materials.

PhD degree is essential.
