Description
creating and managing the School of Form study programme on the basis of the school’s main assumptions, planning the development of the School of Form educational offering, promoting high quality classes through the appropriate selection of suitably qualified educational staff , planning, organizing and cataloguing the teaching process within the budget allocated for a given academic year, evaluating teaching, promoting the development of the academic and teaching staff, including their academic development, taking part in faculty, programme and the dean’s council meetings and participating in SoF’s organizational and promotional work.

a) a doctorate, a post-doctoral degree, or pursuing a visual arts post-doctoral degree programme in design arts
b) significant design experience
c) documented academic achievements in design and/or practical experience in this area;
d) teaching experience
e) fluency of English at a level enabling them to hold classes in English;
f) a declaration of intent to be employed full-time at SWPS (candidates declaring that they intend SWPS to be their principal place of employment are preferred)
g) consent to being included in the minimum number of academic staff required to hold a degree course
