You will take a key role with respect to project execution and business development. You will also contribute to our Oil & Gas region Norway, serving local, national and international projects and customers. The working location is Bergen, where we serve a significant market from our premises. We are about 150 employees and possess relevant laboratory facilities.
You will be engaged in work as an advisor/verifier in projects covering phases from concept studies through production, working with product development, design, technology qualification, manufacturing, project execution and asset operation.
You will have a key role in delivering and improving our services within the following areas:
- Advisory services and technology development;
- Independent verification of systems and components;
- In-service integrity evaluations;
- Reliability and functionality analyses.
Position Qualifications:
- University technical degree, minimum Bachelor level within marine/mechanical/petroleum/material technology. Experience can compensate for education;
- Minimum 10 years engineering/operational experience within subsea and/ or well control systems;
- In-depth knowledge of subsea equipment;
- Market and goal orientation;
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, verbal and written;
- Analytical skills and ability to share technical knowledge;
- Ability to work independently and show initiative;
- A team player with a positive attitude.
