The role

We are looking for a versatile Project Manager/ Business analyst to be located in Mölndal, Sweden. The candidate will play a key role in the delivery of IT projects to meet the business demand in AstraZeneca. We are particularly searching for people who have significant experience working globally, with excellent customer and stakeholder management skills and who have managed complex multi-vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent area.
• Significant (minimal 3 years) experience and track record in a range of business analyst and/or project management roles, ideally in a Life Science setting.
• Experience of operating globally in business aligned functions
• Ability to work closely with scientific focussed customer groups to develop an understanding of business priorities and changing needs. Ability to translate those needs into IT demands.
• Proven ability to manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience of project management methodologies.
• Experience of understanding the business needs and analyze, validate and document the business and system requirements that address these needs.
• Experience of working within a quality management framework.
• Experience and knowledge associated with working in a validated computing environment.

R&D Information (RDI)

RDI is a global organisation with around 175 employees. The goals of RDI are to enhance R&D productivity and decision making by improving the scientific and commercial information discoverability, accessibility and connectivity, regardless of source or format. This is done through partnering with the scientific teams and providing world-class expertise in Informatics and Scientific Information & Technology solutions to accelerate the drug pipeline. Focus is on developing the information platform and informatics tools to support drug project teams.
