Senior Researcher for RF Systems
and Circuits Design

Job description:

  • Design and evaluation of integrated RF circuits for modern wireless communication sys-tems based on advanced CMOS technologies
  • Modeling and simulation of passive and active RF systems using RF CAD tools like ADS or Ansys HFSS
  • Digital signal processing for integrated RF transceivers (“digitally assisted RF”)
  • Coordination of research tasks and technical alignment with industry project partners.
  • Supervision of bachelor and master theses.
  • Full-time position (40h/week), working location: Villach, Austria

Qualification:

  • University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with focus on RF circuit design.
  • Experience in managing research projects in cooperation with industrial and academic partners is of advantage.
  • Fluent English skills.

Comment:

Working conditions at CUAS do not subject to any collective bargaining agreement.
Starting annual salary for this position at least: EUR 40.000,-. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
