The project meets the need of ordering and coordinating the planning tools in the structural to operative spatial planning instruments channel, referring to the dimension of the municipality and to the disposability of physical, natural and financial resources. In this context, this research project is dedicated to the interactive construction of the statutory and strategic part of the structural plan, in order to develop relevant territorial strategies for the City of Roccastrada, with particular reference to the issue of building structures disused or underused and its classification
