PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF JOB

Within SAP® Consulting, this NSSC provides SAP consulting services to EMEA customers in clusters North and South, via tight cooperation with other local SAP consulting teams. We are looking for Young Graduates and/or Young professionals to be trained in SAP Solutions, in order to build competencies to address requirements of customers, in various industries and to deliver solutions to EMEA Customers over 20 countries. The position is an entry level position, with opportunity to grow within the role and responsibilities over time.

These young professionals will focus their activity within SAP´s IT Transformation Services. IT Transformation Services (ITTS) help customers to accelerate their IT transformation, delivering the flexibility to adapt to business changes, rapidly implement technology innovation, and standardize and optimize operations of SAP centric solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS OF JOB

• Perform remote\onsite technical consulting tasks within project implementations in SAP  Solutions, for national/international customers Deploy pre-engineered and  “assemble-to-order” delivery principles to reduce customer’s Total Cost of Investment
• Demonstrate the ability to execute ITTS activities during the entire SAP system life-cycle: SAP landscape architecture definition, SAP systems installation, performance analysis and optimization, system monitoring, incident solving, homogeneous system copies and release upgrades
  Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Traineeship in one or more of the knowledge areas will be considered an advantage

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree, preferably in engineering (bachelor in engineering or master degree in computer applications)
• Relevant studies and projects that were run during the university years
• Knowledge  in one of the following areas
  •  SAP Enterprise Mobile Solutions (Sybase Unwired Platform, Afaria and Relay Server) (preferable)
  •  SAP Core Platform Technology
  •  SAP HANA Solutions
  •  SAP Business Objects
• Good presentation and communication skills, open minded w/ customer focus
• Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills
• Fluent in English (at business level) and in one of the following: Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese
