Description
- Continuous improvement of DuPont Core Values (safety & health, respect for people, highest ethical behaviour and environmental stewardship) in the maintenance department with a special focus on safety
- Is member of the management team (MT)
- Devises maintenance strategies together with the MT
- Supports the MT in taking day to day decisions for the plant
- Leads and coaches the maintenance department (10 employees): KPI’s, budgets, leading the team, support of programs such as Process Safety Management, Management of Change, SAP, Reliability & Maintenance Integrity, Preventive Maintenance and Quality Assurance
- Leads the various contracts that work for the maintenance department
- Makes sure the utility installations work properly, leads the utility responsible

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Sciences, Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent)
- Passion for safety and continuous improvement
- Several years of experience in leading teams is a plus
- Team player
- Thorough knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
- Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English
