Characterization and Reliability of Organic Solar Cells

This research project aims to study the degradation mechanisms of solar cells.

The research activity is summarized as follows:

1. Definition and implementation of measurements setup for solar cells characterization and accelerated lifetests (including, the remote control of instrumentation, the design and programming of the acquisition board, the development of the software on Visual C++ platform).

2. Definition and implementation of accelerated life stress (in various operating conditions: bias, illumination, temperature, UV exposure, …)

3. Modeling of cell DC and impedance characteristics.
