Key Responsibilities
Central to the position is to set high personal and professional standards and ensure the highest level of customer service is at the forefront of course delivery. In addition to delivering training courses, the role requires proactive contribution to product development and maintenance and development of resources including facilities, structures and equipment.
- Deliver technical training courses for the wind industry to the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Prepare classrooms, equipment and materials in good time before courses are scheduled to start
- Ensure the highest levels of operational flexibility, customer service and efficiency when delivering courses
- Undergo any continual professional development
- Set high personal and professional standards
Who we are looking for
You are an experienced Electrician, technician, and/or instructor from the wind industry. You have solid technical knowledge from installation/service/commissioning of wind turbines. Knowledge of modern instructional techniques is an advantage. You are customer focused and committed to delivering a better learning experience. Flexibility is essential and you must be willing to accommodate demanding clients that may request short notice, out of hours or weekend and bank holiday courses.
