It has an installed base of over 100,000 vehicles worldwide.For our headquarters in Berlin we are currently looking to recruit several (Senior) Enterprise Solution Architects (m/f).As the central point of contact for architectural integration and alignment, you will assure that architecture work packages are performed correctly and with quality in coordination with the architects of the various domains and according to Bombardier Transportation’s architectural development method. This includes managing architecture conflicts and coordination problems.Your tasks- Assuring correct performance/quality of architecture work packages.- Monitoring external contractors’ use of architectural methods to ensure that they align with Bombardier Transportation’s architecture development methodology.- Bringing architecture conflicts and coordination problems to attention through the mechanisms of the enterprise architecture framework. Eventually fixing such challenges without incurring substantial additional costs.- Maintaining adherence to internal IT standards.QualificationsYour qualifications- Bachelor / Master degree in Computer Science, Management or Business Administration or an equivalent combination in education and work experience- Long-term professional experience in enterprise or solution architecture, including data models and system landscapes.- Experience in managing third parties and external suppliers, ideally in an international and global environment.- Proven project management skills.- A TOGAF certification and an ITIL certificate are beneficial.- Proven conceptual solution architectures technical skills.- Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem solving and influencing skills.- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills- Strong change management skills to drive and accompany business change- The ability to work under time pressure and to provide pro-active solutions- Commitment to deliver high quality and timely results- Fluency in English; German and any other European language would be beneficialAre you interested in starting an exciting career at Bombardier Transportation?
