Your ideas are our fuel.For our Headquarters in Berlin or location Mannheim, we are currently looking to recruit a:Expert Business Analyst – Product Data Management, IT Services (f/m)The Expert Business Analyst PDM - IT/ Services (f/m) defines, delivers and standardizes BT business application solutions and services that meet the business needs. He/ she is the key driver for application standardization and ensures quality of IT services. The position holder owns standard solutions and manages the full life cycle of IT standard application services to allow optimal value.Your tasks in detail:- Translate business needs into IT requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with BT strategy- Validate and evaluate IT architecture against requirements- Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions to meet strategic goals- Lead the creation of functional designs to improve or develop standard IT solutions and services- Definition and monitoring of KPIs measuring the business impact and report on a regularly basis- Represent the interface to the BT organization into IT for the respective solution and service- Understand the key stakeholders interests and motivations and develop individual strategies to build support for the change- Content lead for delivery of projects- Contribute to a solution enabling the business to create value using IS standard solutions at optimal cost- Implement standardization, simplification and integration of processes/technologies according to BT Core definitions- Support definition of change management scope of IT projects- Manage the end user adoption and business process support process- Maintain key user networks and drive adoption of users towards standard solutions- Ensure integration of IT services across functions supported by IT Applications and IT Infrastructure- Ensure end-to-end service performance is aligned and meet the SLA, supported by IT Applications and IS Infrastructure- Support the business in benefit analysis for the business case- Understand market trends and solutions, asses existing solutions against themQualificationsYour qualification- Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or an equivalent combination in education and work experience- Min. 10 years working experience in the field of IT Service Management, Applications or Business / IT Consulting in the field of Product Data Management- Expertise of PDM applications i.e. TeamCenter Enterprise, TeamCenter Unified Architecture- Expert knowledge in Product Data Management processes as well as IT/ ERP/ PLM project delivery (preferable full project lifecycle experience).- Experience in working in manufacturing industry is beneficial.- Experienced in managing change and end user adoption- Experience in 3rd party management and collaboration- Experience in budgeting and forecasting will be an asset.- Strong influencing and analytical skills in order to identify business needs and translate them into requirements and IT solutions- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.- Highly structured and organised personality- Business-fluent in English (written and spoken) is absolutely necessary, any other language is an advantage- Open to frequent international travel (up to 10%)Are you interested in starting an exciting career at Bombardier Transportation?
