We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to manage and follow-up Statoil's well intervention activities out of Bergen. The majority of work within the Statoil contract is currently carried out from Sandsli, Bergen, covering all the major licenses such as Gullfaks, Oseberg, Grane, Veslefrikk and Kvitebjørn. In addition all Intervention activity for the area is part of the scope. The position will require both leadership capabilities and close relations to clients organization, as well as regular interaction with ALTUS Intervention's headquarter at Forus, Stavanger.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Project execution and development of customer relations according to client contracts.
Position Objective:
- Secure execution of services according to plan and budget
- Achieve customer satisfaction through safe, efficient and innovative project execution
- Develop and secure long term customer relationships
- Verify compliance with statutory, clients and corporate norms, policies and requirements
- Management and development of PL team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all technical and commercial aspects related to project planning and execution
- Responsible for assuring the functioning of the project team and each of its members
- Responsible for achieving increased sales according to budget
- Responsible for managing and developing local customer relationships
- Responsible for obtaining and sharing short and long term activity forecasts for personnel and equipment
- Responsible for ensuring risk assessments according to internal and external requirements, procedures and policies have been planned and executed
- Responsible for license performance reviews
- Responsible for the training of given personnel to fully comply with client’s performance requirements and internal policies
- Responsible for HSEQ for given licenses
- Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of performance measures (KPI’s) within area of responsibility
- Participate in company’s strategy and budgeting processes
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- University degree (Master-or Bachelor level) or relevant experience
- Minimum 7 years experience with Wireline or Well Intervention operations
- Knowledge of project management and planning tools
- Documented experience in leadership and capability of developing cross functional teams
- Documented knowledge of industry standards
- Documented knowledge of economic and commercial principles

- Experience from multinational companies
