Job Description
As technical coordinator and interface between the world-class chip foundries (chip manufacturing plants) and the customers, you support customers from design start till the moment they are ready to tape out there project to the foundry.
You are responsible for:
Providing our international customers with the chip design guidelines, design rules, libraries and design kits and assist them in installing and using them before and during the chip design phase;
Guiding those customers towards the best choice of technology node, flavor and technology options, libraries and IP depending on the industry segment, application and volume;
You have access to of the most advanced CAD software programs for providing this support;
By having technical discussions with our customers, you guide them on the technical side of their chip designs.
You will assist the sales team in technical discussions and you have technical discussions with the production plants that manufacture these chips.
Profile
- You have a Master in industrial sciences (electronics);
- Having 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, is an asset;
- You have a strong interest in and technical knowledge of fabrication of chips (integrated circuits);
- You have experience in project-based work;
- You are client-oriented and like taking initiatives.
- You are proactive in customer support;
- Good knowledge of English is a must.
