key responsibilities

The main duties for the Project Engineer position are:

• Development of new projects in Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Wind Turbines, Energy Storage) and Tourism.
• Project permitting and property acquisition.
• Focus on project development across Greece, especially Crete.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess site viability.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders for smooth project progression.
• Manage project timelines effectively.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure all technical specifications are met.
• Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes affecting project development.

qualifications

For the position of the Project Engineer, you must possess:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Desired postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of environmental and urban planning legislation.
• 1- 3 years of experience in project development and permitting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and ideally GIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
