| Job description: | An international and well-established financial services institution is seeking to recruit Card Security Specialists to join their dynamic team. Job Description: Responsible to monitor online card activity and transactions analysis Prevent any fraudulent transactions that involve banking cards Investigate thoroughly any card fraud cases Perform full disputes management cycle between the Bank and Visa, and JCC for cards and ATMs Accountable to prepare regular card fraud and dispute reports and analyses Recommend anti-fraud operations in relation to cards and ATM Available to work in shifts, including weekends and Bank holidays |

| Qualifications required: | Candidate Profile: University Degree in Information Technology, Computing Science, Banking, or in any other related field Fluent in both Greek and English Experience in card operations will be considered as an advantage Strong structuring and analytical skills Attention to detail/accuracy Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive Ability to work in a fast-moving environment Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience. |
